Adult Respite Care Program

This program will allow participants to socialize and participate in fun activities, keeping them busy and engaged. It also allows caregivers to have some well-deserved respite time. Additionally, we will also offer the option for personal care if needed.

Participants will have the option to use the wheelchair-accessible Queens County Transit for pick up and return home. Our building will be fully accessible with a walk-in shower and appropriate safety equipment.

We aim to implement the participant's interests in our daily activities. The recreation activities allow for personal expression and create social interaction and friendship forming by refreshing the mind, entertaining and stimulating positive thoughts and attitudes.

Participants in the program will receive a locally sourced, hot lunch and snacks throughout the day.

This is the perfect opportunity for your loved ones to socialize in the community.
